Kathy Taylor is an Administrator, and has considerable experience in working with the incarcerated, including employment with the Connecticut Department of Correction, the New York State Department of Correctional Services, and community-based alternatives to incarceration programs in Buffalo, NY and Bridgeport, CT. Following service in the Peace Corps and working for Career Resources, Kathy joined MJI as an Administrator in 2013.
Cynthia Cloney has worked as an Administrator at Malta Justice Initiative since February 2016. A graduate of Naugatuck Valley Community College with a certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, her passion for criminal justice reform and helping the formerly incarcerated live a more productive life is rooted in her personal experiences. Cynthia herself experienced a period of incarceration from 2007-2010 for drug- related offenses. While incarcerated, she was introduced to John Santa, Chairman and Founder of MJI, through prison ministry.
